Mechanical Demartment Equipped with CNC machinery linked to CAM programming and with traditional machine tools for the manufacture of all gun parts. Tooling sub-department for the manufacture of toolings, gauges, sharpenings and modification of millers, service to machine tools, etc. Barrels and Automatic Machines Department Equipped with machinery for the complete manufacture of smooth bore and rifled barrels from solid bars. A cold forging machine is available as well as turret, multiple spindle automatic and copying lathes, thread cutting machines, etc. Wood Department Equipped with machinary for the manufacture of all wood parts for all guns, starting from walnut boards or blanks to the finished product. Investment Casting The lost wax casting process was installed for small gun parts but it has been expanding for the manufacture of other parts and also for other factories (as Ferrari and Tetrapak). Stainless steel ball valves are also casted. Assembly Department There are two separate assembly areas, one for long guns and the other one for handguns are highly specialized to manufacture all kinds of custom made guns (special stocks, barrels, design, engraving, etc. both for Holland & Holland type sidelock and other models).
	Production using high quality steel (4 ONiCrMo2) solid bars.
	Mechanical tooling and CNC machinery, joined to traditional one, allow the complete milling of all gun parts inside the factory. Highest care is reserved in the selection of the best raw materials available. Frames, monoblocs, slides, pistol barrels and other main parts are milled from alloyed steel forgings for higher quality. Shotgun barrels are milled from high quality steel.
